We will consult with you on a number of topics throughout the year. The topics range from our annual rent consultation to Tenant Satisfaction Survey. It is important to us that your views are taken into consideration when it comes to our decision-making.
On occasion we consult with The Advisory Group (TAG) and their regional groups about upcoming publications and changes to policy. They have provided feedback on many of our surveys and we are delighted to be able to continue this partnership. If you would like to find out more about TAG please visit their website.
Current Consultation
We consult with our tenants at the start of every year regarding the proposed rent increase for the year ahead. Shortly thereafter we notify you of the result and when it will be implemented. Previous Consultations
Thank you to everybody who responded to our Satisfaction Survey for 2021/22. We received 244 responses which is just below 34% of our tenants. The full results will be featured in our Spring edition of the At Home newsletter.
