Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025
All tenants should have received our Tenant Satisfaction Survey in late November/early December 2025.
This is a great opportunity for tenants to share their views on the housing service we provide. Their feedback is really important and helps us continue to improve our service.
Tenants can complete the survey in any of the following ways:
- Fill it in and return it using the prepaid envelope included
- Call Housing on 0141 342 1810 to give your answers over the phone
- Use the QR code displayed on their survey for a quick and easy way to complete the survey online
Hurry! If we receive your response by 19th December, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a shopping voucher.
We will consult with you on a number of topics throughout the year. The topics range from our annual rent consultation to tenant satisfaction survey. It is important to us that your views are taken into consideration when it comes to our decision-making.
On occasion we consult with The Advisory Group (TAG) and their regional groups about upcoming publications and changes to policy.
