If you are unhappy about the service we have provided, you should tell us.
We will try to resolve all front line complaints within 5 working days. If we decide the complaint needs a fuller investigation, we aim to deal with it efficiently and within 20 working days. You can view our Complaints Policy here.
Our complaints handling procedure follows the model adopted by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO).
