We understand that people want flexible, friendly, reliable support. Support which is there through the good and not so good times.
We start by seeing the person first. This is whether supporting people in their own home, their family home or their community.
We listen to understand what the person wants from life. They, and those closest to them, are at the heart of planning and making decisions about their support.
The support we offer ranges from a few hours a week, a few hours a day, to 24-hour support, including overnights.
People we support have a variety of funding arrangements including Self-directed Support (SDS).
People use their support in lots of different ways, depending on what they want from life, and can be things like:
- Feeling safe and keeping well
- Being as independent as possible
- Having interesting things to do through work, leisure, and learning
- Playing an active part in the local community
- Being connected with family and friends.
