A fond farewell for Donald

There were a few tears, lots of laughs, a wee bit of singing and even some kazoo playing as we sent Donald Mackinnon, Key's Staff Learning and Development Manager, off on his retirement. He had been with Key and Community Lifestyles for 28 years, during which time he inspired and supported a great many of our staff. His commitment to the people we support and their families will be a lasting influence on Key, as will his passion for equipping staff with the skills, values and knowledge they need to offer the very best support.

There is much we shall miss about Donald, including his wisdom, incredible wit and intelligent thoughtful approach to everything he did. However, we hope that in the years ahead he will enjoy his many other passions in life such as fishing, music and poetry. Best wishes Donald!
