We aim to provide good quality housing and an excellent service to all of our tenants. To help with this, we monitor our performance in order to achieve the outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
Scottish Social Housing Charter
The Scottish Social Housing Charter sets out the standards and outcomes we should achieve when we deliver housing services to our tenants and other customers. We publish our Charter Performance Report every October, to provide an update on how we have performed during the previous year. Our most recent Charter Report has our performance statistics for 2022/23. You can find all our Charter Reports in the Publications section.
Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)
The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) sets and monitors these standards and outcomes for all housing associations. Every August our Landlord Report is published on their website, the most recent of which is here. It shows our performance against selected outcomes and indicators. Our landlord details page has fuller information about our activities including our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC).
Our Performance Measures
We are currently reviewing our performance management framework. This framework will include specific targets that we aim to achieve in various areas of our work. Before implementing this we will consult with tenants.
