Community Lifestyles was set up in 1995 to provide individualised support to people with complex needs who were leaving long stay institutions such as Lennox Castle Hospital. We now provide personalised support to over 400 people with disabilities and long term conditions in their own homes and communities, and employ over 350 staff.
We provide support to people living in Glasgow and are included on the Glasgow City HSCP (Health and Social Care Partnership) framework for social care providers.
At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to being grounded by the experiences and views of people we support and their families. This is a commitment we share with our partner organisation, Key, with whom we work very closely. We also enjoy a strong relationship with The Advisory Group (TAG), who facilitate the involvement of people with support across our organisation.
