Your rent covers the costs of providing and maintaining your home. Below is information on how to pay and how we calculate the charge.
How to Pay
Your rent is due to be paid by 27th of every month. There are several ways you can pay your rent which are detailed in Payment Options.
How We Calculate Your Rent
The rent that you pay for your property meets all the reasonable costs that we incur to manage and maintain your home. You can find out more about how we set your rent in our Rent and Service Charge Guide and also our Rent Policy.
We will review the rent each year and consult with you regarding any proposed changes. We will always give you 4 weeks' notice of any change in rent.
Furnishings
If you pay for a furnishings package, we will provide an inventory at the back of your Tenancy Agreement. If you have any queries about furnishings please call 0141 342 1810 or email Furnishings. For general information, please refer to our Furnishings Guide.
