Make every day matter

We are excited to introduce 'Make every day matter', our new recruitment campaign which launched today. It was developed with the support of creative agency, Electrify, in partnership with staff from across our local teams and so is very much rooted in their experiences. It also features support workers and people we support in the campaign materials.

By focusing on support worker roles, the campaign highlights what it means to be alongside supported people on their journey through life and how it's the relationship between staff and the people we support that really makes every day matter.
