Key Housing Association's procurement route for all services is transitioning to the exclusive use of the Scottish Governments Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal.
All future procurement, other than exceptional or specialised purchases (further details available on request) will be via information and invitation to tender published in the PCS portal.
